Atul Kapur Posted May 20, 2019 at 10:18 PM Report Share Posted May 20, 2019 at 10:18 PM If you mean can the person be nominated to more than one office or position, RONR goes further and explicitly permits it: "The same person can be nominated for more than one office, even if voting for all offices is to take place at the same time on a single ballot. If one person is elected to more than one office under these conditions, the case is resolved as described on page 440, lines 3-17." (page 432, lines 15-19).
