Guest Rider Posted September 3, 2019 at 01:40 AM Report Share Posted September 3, 2019 at 01:40 AM If bylaws do not specify..... 1) One director resigned before end of his term. What is the time table for notice to members of an election to replace that director. 2) Another director position expired unnoticed 8 months ago. (bylaws say director serves until end of term, period) What is process for filling that spot? How much notice to members is required

As for notice of the election, notice may be given orally at the previous regular meeting or included in the call of the meeting. 11 hours ago, Guest Rider said: 2) Another director position expired unnoticed 8 months ago.
