See RONR, 11th ed., pgs. 645-648 for procedures for disciplining a member for offenses occurring during a meeting. If this is the board of a larger society with a general membership, however, the maximum penalty which may be imposed by the board through such procedures is removing the member for the duration of the current meeting.
