Reason, their one term combined with the two (2) two year terms exceeds the four (4) consecutive years for normal cycle election terms in office. Are you asking for recommended bylaw language to achieve a certain purpose, or are you asking whether an individual is eligible to serve in office according to a particular bylaw provision that exists in your organization?
