Posted October 18, 2023 at 08:23 PM Report Share Posted October 18, 2023 at 08:23 PM Our bylaws say, " the board of directors may fill any and all vacancies which may occur among the officers to carry on the business and other activities of the organization and when any vacancies occur in any elective office between annual meetings, the vacancies may be filled by the board of directors" If the entire board of directors resigned what would the membership do?
