Discipline & Expulsion based on Bylaws or Policy/Guidelines

Our Board is an advisory Board and final decisions are voted on by the membership at the next general meeting. I would note for future reference that it is advisable to post a new question as a new topic, even if there is an existing topic on a related subject.

With that said, however, I agree with Mr. Elsman that the answer is "yes," provided nothing in the bylaws states otherwise.
