replacing the chair

When you make a motion to replace the chair, can you place in the motion who you want to replace the chair with when you don't want the vice chair to replace the chair?

If the chair is the regular presiding officer (not a chairman pro tem), it will require a suspension of the rules by a two-thirds vote to remove him, and this motion may be one to "suspend the rules that interfere with having [ whoever ] preside over the remainder of this meeting."
