Do we need to have them ready at meeting?If you are asking a question about Robert's Rules of Order Newly Revised (RONR) and not asking a legal question, then the answer is simple."No."RONR Tenth Edition 2000 has no requirements of any paperwork being present or accessible for disciplinary hearings or disciplinary trials, except for charges and specifications.
