A member of the society is on the board. That member holds two positions on the board, both of which if held by two separate individuals would have a vote. Does that member have two votes or only one vote?

One vote.

No matter how many different ways there are to become a member, once you become a member, it is the old rule, "One man, one vote."

Votes do not follow "method".

Votes follow "membership".
