I was elected to a position with my HOA. The president's first comment to me , as a Director, was disturbing to me ! I was told that verbal contact with a HOA Management Company individual would cause me to be Censured ? As an owner I have had many casual and owner conversations with this person. Can I be censured by the president of the association, without due course ? What would constitute Censure by Due Course ?
