Sorry, new here. Nothing in our by-laws as to how many should be on Nominating Committee for Officers. Can Board Members be on this committee and does it matter how many we have on the committee? Does it need to be an uneven total or does that matter?

We are 501 c3 org. Nothing in our by-laws as to how many members should be on our Nominating Committee for officers for the new year. Are Board Members allowed to be on this committee and does it matter how many we have? Should it be an uneven number? Or does that matter either?
