School Board had a meeting: Motion was made for the Board to enter into executive session for proper reasons. My question is, can the Board just return to executive session or does the board have to vote to come out of executive session? Agenda Items Executive Session

School Board Agenda Item (There was community discussion about consolidating schools the previous school year. It was somewhat controversial but passed with a split vote of the Board. The consolidation happened. Due to various reasons with progress of the consolidation and getting things ready... public input continued to be about reopening the school that moved. Therefore, the following happened. Executive Session: "Discussion of Potential Adversarial Claims and Discussion of Negotiations Incident to Proposed Contractual Matter" Open Session Action Required "Any Action Related to Executive Session Item(s)" The Board voted in to reopen a school that was closed the previous year Is this an illegal vote?
