  1. A motion to approve the minutes was made by the person who transcribed the Minutes. She is a member of the Committee; however, I've not run into this before. I was then told the 'motion' was not considered a vote it was considered more as a submission. May I have any thoughts on this simple topic?
  2. Guest Zev - so to "refer to officers only by title" would then mean the minutes would address CEO Smith as such throughout the entire Minute document rather than Mr. Smith, correct?
  3. When any of the C-Suite speaks would you address them with their title? For instance: "CFO Smith reviewed the Financial highlights." Or "CEO Jones directed the Board's attention to the Resolutions section." Or is it more proper to address them as "Ms. Smith Reviewed the Financial highlights." or "Mr. Jones directed the Board's attention to the Resolutions section."?
