We have a 19 person board representing Townships for our Farm Bureau County Board. We had a issue that was voted down by a majority. Can this same issue be brought back at a later time? If so what weight of vote would it take for approval or denial? This is assuming there is nothing in the bylaws that sates otherwise.

This is a 19 person board where there was a vote and the issue was defeated by simple majority. If this same issue is brought back up at a later meeting can a simple majority approve this issue or does it require a 2/3 support for approval?
