Under Roberts Rules, Is it allowed for the Board to: 1. Go into recess in the middle of a policy revision discussion 2. Then discuss wording for a policy privately 3. Come back from the recess with the wording complete 4. Then vote on the new wording in public Or is the wording discussion considered Board business that should be completely discussed in public?
