Probably, sorry I didn't see the guest post so once signed up I created a new post

Our constitution states voting for the Board should take place at our May meeting and nominations can be taken by the floor. Due to the current health concerns the Board has sent out notice that the vote is being conducted by email. Some have indicated concern that the Board can't make that decision and that full membership needs to vote to approve the temporary change. It has been suggested to do a Zoom meeting so nominations can be taken from the floor. Thoughts?
