A board has a vacancy for VP. The nominations and elections were not followed according to the By Laws so a member, a Board Director, has issued a complaint. In a heated discussion about this, the President resigns. Later the President says, nevermind I don't resign. What do we do? Is the return after resignation allowed? Is the vote of VP valid? Without a VP, who can step in as President if the resignation should stand?
