Thank you for the add. I have a question on Executive Session and a Bylaws violation. A motion wad made in Executive Session and approved. Once the motion passed one board member stated they would quit if it went through. There was no motion to rescind. The President then stated they didn't want to lose a board member over the motion and is refusing to acknowledge the motion. The Bylaws specifically state we follow RRO. What is the recourse? It was done in executive session.
