Hello! Grateful for any insight that this group might have. I'm asking my Town Board for a variance on a piece of property I own. The Town Supervisor (who is also a voting member of the Town Board and the Chair) said to me he is categorically against giving any variances for properties of my type. Question: Should he recuse himself if he is not unbiased?
