In a Board meeting last evening I asked for a motion to approve a nominee as a committee chairperson. The motion was made and passed unanimously. The problem is that the Board was supposed to appoint the chairperson and a committee of two with two appointed alternates. How can I preserve the appointment of the chairperson made last evening and open up discussion and ask for a motion to approve the committee members only. Thank you in advance for your assistance!!!
