We had a member who experienced great pressure to vote a certain way, having been seated next to a high official who was crying and very emotional about the vote. He agreed to vote as the man wished but upon getting home, he felt huge dismay that he had "caved." He immediately notified the President of his desire to change his vote and she replied that there was no procedure to allow such a change of vote. Is this true? Thanks for your comments.
