  1. Our PA property owners association holds an election each year. Motions are made at open meeting, forms completed, resumes submitted and ballots sent for mail-in voting. 2020 resulted in person on Board of Directors,. The same person had to run for re-election for 2021 and won seat again. On result day, the current Board of Directors decided to verify eligibility and found that the person is not actually on the Deed of the property (as stated in by-laws), but spouse of 30 years is. The person is currently on the 2020 board. The Board of Directors decided, in executive session to ask the person to resign however he did not. They took a vote and voted him out of the current position and the new position. Can this be challenged by using a section of Robert’s Rule since it is not written in the property association by -laws?
