I have always heard that there should be an odd number of members on a committee. Is this true and if so where in RONR can it be found?

The C&B for my organization allows for proxies to constitute a quorum at our national convention. In the Past, members were only given the number of proxies submitted in their name. This year, the President wants the name of the member who submitted the proxy to be provided to the member. Also, one member wants to see the entire proxy list. Please share your comments on this. Who determines the administrative procedures used at the national Convention?

Should the Board good Directors minutes be distributed to the entire membership?

Should a list of convention proxies be available to the membership with the name of the person whom they named as their proxy?

The bylaws states that the organization may have electronic meeting so the organization is planning to have a national convention. There will be members in-person, on zoom and on the telephone. Can anyone offer suggestions on how the voting by telephone should be done? I have not found anything in Robert Rules that covers voting by telephone.

I am in an organization where the C&B states, "members shall be in entitled to vote in the election of National Officers and National Board Members by mail-in ballot printed in the June National Newsletter." For the 2022 election the voting committee wants to have a voting area on the organization website for voting. Some members says it is illegal and others say that the C&B does not say "only" by mail-in ballot. Please give me your thoughts on this. Thanks

The first reading of a resolution was passed at a convention in 2021 to allow hybrid meetings. If the second reading is done at the beginning of 2022 meeting, and it passes, when will be effective?
