When the chair puts motion on the floor and informs the members that only 3 members can speak for and 3 members can speak against and they are limited to 2 minutes each without anyone that has informative answers cannot answer questions and without a 2/3 majority vote of the Members present to limit time and speakerrs, and the motion fails. What recourse do the Members have to reconsider the motion that failed?
