The President of our Board of Directors, who also serves as General Manager, ruled that a motion made during a special board meeting was against the bylaws. We appealed the decision of the chair, and then passed the motion with over 2/3 support. She is refusing to take proper action on the motion because she still feels it is against our bylaws. Is there any recourse that Roberts Rules provides, or would we only find remedy in our bylaws?
