Is it required that a subordinate organization submit changes to their by-laws to their parent organization for review and approval before the changes become effective? The structure of the organization is that the parent organization issues charters to subordinate local groups. The local subordinate chapters have their own by-laws, but must conform to the state & national parents structure.
