  1. I am the President of a Home Owner Association. At our last meeting our 5-member board approved a motion to change the annual meeting date. After the meeting the Board realized this decision may have conflicted with a By-Law provision. The Board intends to meet to discuss this issue. Is there any limitation on which Board member can make a motion to overturn the prior decision? Does it have to be the same Board member who made the motion to change the date? Also, are HOA Board Presidents precluded from making motions? Thanks for your views on this
