How to proceed please...a termination vote for a member who voted himself to remain in and created a tie...the action was tabled to the next meeting as we had been in debate/discussion for over 3 hours normally a tie means he stays but he voted and it was caught just after votes were tallied... it was a secret ballot so we can’t just throw out 1 vote- do we revote with those that just voted or all that were at the meeting as a couple didn’t vote...please advise and thank you
