  1. Is it appropriate to add an "addendum" to previous month's meeting minutes that details something that was intended for that month's meeting but did not take place due to lack of time? Example: Staff member's annual goals were to be developed at the August meeting, but there was not time to get to this agenda item. BOD President and staff met the day after the meeting to create a draft of goals that were then sent to Board members via email for review and input. Should this information be added to the August minutes as an "Addendum" for an agenda item that happened outside of the meeting? There was not time to table it til the next month's meeting. Does it need to be recorded somewhere because it was on the agenda? Thanks, Marj
