Dear RRONR Our organization has an elected President, 1st VP and Second VP. The first VP resigned. My contention is the 2nd VP moves up 1st VP and we elect a new 2nd VP. The 2VP wants to remain 2VP because he is elected for 2 years and the 1st VP has only one year left in his term. Our bylaws do not cover the situation and Roberts only covers the President resigning that I can find. Comments.
