Finkle

In a meeting we had a motion to spend a certain amount of money towards a specific item and it was passed. A few meetings later a motion was brought up to spend the money, that was previously passed, and spend the money on a different item. No money was spent on the first motion. Just wondering if that is OK to have another vote to have the money spent on something else instead of what was previously voted on.
