Has anyone used a motion to suspend rules to enable member not voting on prior resolution or member voting on the losing side to move for reconsideration (not at committee level)?

The definition of subject is important for delineating when an incidental motion to divide the question must be made or whether a single member can demand division because there are several subjects and they must be considered separately as a parliamentary matter.

Does anyone have any insight on what is considered a separate "subject" in Robert's Rules. I am looking at the Motion for Division of a Question.
