Aloha, I am seeking an understanding about minutes amended in executive session.
originally, meeting minutes were approved as normal (following meeting). The next meeting, the board amended the original minutes in executive session. This was not marked on executive session agenda, was not concerning litigation, personnel, ongoing contracts or in need to protect the association.
can the board (new members) make a motion to rescind the vote in executive session to amend the minutes?
the past board president and other members are attempting a cover up of funds used without a vote. Therefore, they changed verbiage on a previously approved expenditure to include the actual purchase.
