Have a situation of a President of a not-for-profit, who has refused to call an Annual Meeting since Covid, 3 years. When 6 members called a special meeting, they named a neutral location, as well as time, place and draft agenda, the President has just advertised the Special Meeting in another location. Which is the proper location to be used?
