Good afternoon. This little league board consists of 9 members, located in California. Since February 2024 this board is split 4/5. The ones who hold the majority are less than a year on the board. I am one of the 4 minority and we have been here upwards of 10- to 18 years. The new members attempted to remove our president, Feb 2024 and held a special meeting to do so. Their attempts to remove him were unsuccessful. the next morning they began to harass us 4, including the president. we continues to move forward under the direction of the president 3/9/2024 with no help from the majority. They continue to refuse to help out yet they remain the group majority. our president attempted to hold e meeting and they refused stating we do not have a quorum. we had 6 out of 9 members there. secretary refused. A near fight occurred at this meeting where i was assaulted, police were notified, battery charges pending. we would like to hold a meeting and bring new members on to help us, the minority. majority refuses because they do not want to lose majority vote. they're not worried about the little league kids but their status. please help.
