If the elected officers never inform the IPP of any meetings, just make deciscions without him, is this kosher ? Seems to me that ALL board members should be informed of all board meetings. See also FAQ #2.FWIW, few on this forum think it's a good idea to give ex-officio status to the immediate past president but if your bylaws do then he's as much a member of the board as any elected or appointed member.
