If one of the board members has gone behind another member's back and is doing things they are not allowed to do according to our bylaws, can this board member be removed from office? Otherwise, see FAQ#20.As an alternative, when that officer reports at the next meeting, you might take all the proposed action and move that it be referred to the officer to whom the specific duty is assigned.
