Guest Cindy Posted April 6, 2011 at 11:21 PM Report Share Posted April 6, 2011 at 11:21 PM It has come to the our attention that our non profit association has not kept minutes of it's meetings and committees for over 3 years. (inviolation of our bylaws) They have published summaries of motions only. There are other bylaws as well that have not been followed. What are the rights/role/process of the membership in getting these issues addressed? Some board members have addressed the issues and they are ignored/no action taken. See FAQ #20 elsewhere on this site, as well as Chapter XX in RONR (10th Ed.).
