Our society having its own bylaws.

Can we also obey [Robert's Rules of Order]?

Our bylaws are supreme for us

or [Robert's Rules of Order]

Which one we have to accept it

is our by laws are corrector robert law

It is hard to read un-punctuated sentences.

All in lower case, too.

It's like a Japanese haiku.

By e.e. cummings.

Typed by Archy the Cockroach.

What are you asking?

Can we have bylaws as well as Robert's Rules of Order?

The answer is "yes."

Is the bylaws supreme over Robert's Rules of Order?

Pradeep - most (many at least) organizations have both bylaws and Robert's Rules (RONR) as their guiding resources. RONR provides virtually everything you need to run your meetings (i.e. parliamentary procedure), and more, but says nothing specifically about your organization. Your bylaws will contain all the details and specifics about your organization, and possibly a few more items regarding parliamentary procedure. But there's little need to put any of that in the bylaws except where your ideas differ from RONR. Finally, the bylaws should include a section that states that RONR is the adopted parliamentary authority of the organization. This essentially means that everything that is in RONR is a part of your governing documents (bylaws), and can be referred to as if it was written right in there.

Where you have included anything in your bylaws that is also included in RONR, what your bylaws say is supreme. You have to obey them on that point. So you want to be careful and selective about what you put in the bylaws that is already part of RONR, and only include items that you think must be there.
