We want to suspend the by-laws while we re-organize, then rewrite the by-laws to reflect the new structure. How do we go about doing this?Well, you can't suspend the bylaws, even temporarily. But, what is it in there that is an obstacle? Why can't you restructure with the bylaws in place? It might be possible, with very extreme caution, to amend them in such a way as to remove any obstacles (temporarily) until you can rewrite them and amend them again. But you could amend yourself right out of existence if you aren't careful.
