Robert B Fish Posted April 25, 2011 at 09:20 PM Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 at 09:20 PM The agenda for the meeting should have a section for the reports of committees. The chairman should call for each, beginning with standing committees in the order they are listed in the bylaws and then special committees in the order of theri appointment. Kim Goldsworthy Posted April 25, 2011 at 09:27 PM Report Share Posted April 25, 2011 at 09:27 PM How is a 'Special Committee Report' introduced in a meeting using Robert's Rules of Order?"Introduced"?What do you mean?By the chair?By the committee representative giving the report? In a casual meeting, without an agenda, the chair can merely prompt the members for the appropriate business at the appropriate time. For example, "Is there any committee ready to report?"
