Guest Vicki3669 Posted April 26, 2011 at 03:25 PM Report Share Posted April 26, 2011 at 03:25 PM Our bylaws do not have anything about absentee ballots. We have allowed them in the past. Now a memmber is stating that because it doesn't specifically state in the bylaws that we can have an absentee ballot, it means that we cannot. It also doesn't prohibit us from allowing absentee ballots. What is your opinion? If we've done it in the past, can we still allow it until we form a committee to revamp our bylaws?
