peaches70 Posted May 1, 2011 at 11:11 PM Report Share Posted May 1, 2011 at 11:11 PM A board member sent a letter that stated they were resignating from the board. The secretary read the letter at a meeting. No vote was taken to accept the board members resignation. Later in the meeting another person was voted to replace the person who wrote the letter. My question: is a vote required to accept a resingation before replaceing the member who resigned?
