mustno Posted May 18, 2011 at 04:36 PM Report Share Posted May 18, 2011 at 04:36 PM Please clarify this for me. Our organization has nothing in it's By-Laws allowing for E-Mail votes to be taken. Is a vote invalid on all motions ? Also would an E-Mail vote, on a position statement from our group to another, in the form of a letter, be legal ? This also is not covered in the By-Laws.
