Guest Nita G Posted June 8, 2011 at 08:44 PM Report Share Posted June 8, 2011 at 08:44 PM In this discussion, a club follows Robert's Rules of Order. A quorum is established in the Constitution.A club officer has a "get together" of only club members. A special meeting is not called. Not all club members are invited. A quorum is met. Is this a meeting if a special meeting has not been called?Same scenario, but club business is discussed. Does this change the status of meeting or non-meeting.Where can I find this in RRO?Thanks for any help - I've been reading and searching and trying to find the answer.Nita
