Should the minutes also reflect the name of the person who seconds the motion?RONR says the maker of "all important motions" should be included (p. 452 l. 18-19), and the seconder should not unless ordered by the assembly (p. 453 l. 29-30).See pages 454-456 for sample minutes and see if you can figure out which motions were important and which weren't.
