Guest ANNA Posted August 9, 2011 at 12:41 AM Report Share Posted August 9, 2011 at 12:41 AM We had a recent meeting where there was a Quorum at the beginning, but by the time the roll call was taken 1 person left which meant there was no longer a quorum. My understanding is that any vote taken after that point would be null and void and further substantive business should not have taken place and certainly no roll call votes.
