Management Job performance review

Our HOA has a management company that helps us run the HOA. It is ran by one individual. A homeowner & board member are not happy with her performance. The board member is wanting a job performance review to try to force her out of her contract. The rest of the board has no issues with management. The management co. has agreed to have a review. The board was given a crtique sheet to grade managements performance and ask to add additional comments and send it to the President. Does the President review the information sent from the board members and then evaluates the manager privately, then giving a brief report at the next meeting or does the entire Board partake at the next meeting with this open in front of guest?

This is not specifically covered by RONR. It will be up to the board to decide how to handle its critique sheet.
