Guest Mary Posted October 6, 2011 at 04:30 AM Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 at 04:30 AM I am the president of the HOA. There is a committee chair(a homeowner, not Board member) that stated in the last meeting she was only concerned about taking care of her area, not any others in the HOA (we have a very large HOA). A Board member addressed her saying" she really didn't mean that did she?" The chair of the committee, replied back, "yes, she was very honest and that was all she cared about as the other areas were not important to her." Other Board members are concerned about her statement. Is this grounds to remove this homeowner from her position as chair?
Josh Martin Posted October 6, 2011 at 04:52 AM Report Share Posted October 6, 2011 at 04:52 AM Is this grounds to remove this homeowner from her position as chair? So far as RONR is concerned, whoever has the authority to appoint a committee chairman has the authority to remove them, and it's entirely at their discretion whether to do so.
