One of our Board members is disputing the accuracy of a set of minutes. So, what is the process for the review and approval of minutes when there are differing opinions concerning the suggested changes to minutes?Thank you for any help you can provide.Best wishes,Mary-Lou

If there is a dispute over the correction, it can be debated and is put to a vote. A majority vote adopts the amendment. The minutes themselves are not put to a vote; the chair simply declares them approved when all of the corrections have been settled and no member offers any further corrections.
